Delivery and Shipping Information
At World of Hosiery we endeavour to despatch your goods the same working day providing you have placed and processed your order by 11.00am, deliveries to the UK and the EU are delivered by DPD or UPS between 8.00am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday, we also provide a AM 10.30 weekday and Saturday delivery service at an extra cost.
Any orders placed online on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be shipped the next following working day.
Import taxes, duty and charges are your responsibility as the buyer, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to you placing an order from worldofhosiery.co.uk. We will not be responsible for any costs and shipping charges incurred by goods being returned back to us.
All items are delivered by a national courier a signature is required, when signing for your delivery please make sure every parcel is present, fully sealed and not damaged, any parcels missing or damaged must be stated on the delivery documents at the time of delivery or no claim can be made.
The minimum order amount for UK customers is £50.00 excluding carriage charges and V.A.T, the minimum order amount for Eu customers is £150.00 and International customers is £200.00 excluding shipping charges.
Minimum order for UK and Eu customers increases to £150.00 excluding carriage charges and V.A.T from the 1st November to 20th December.
Brexit: Information
As the UK is no longer part of Eu you are responsible for all custom charges and VAT at your country's current VAT rate, If for any reason the consignment is returned to us you are reasonable for all charges including customs, delivery and return costs.

Please Note:
Shipping charges may increase if you purchase lots of bulky items cushions, bed bundle, fleece blankets etc. We work hard to keep the shipping costs as low as possible and refund if we use less cases than charged for.
Collection:
We are more than happy for you to come and collect your order directly from our Nottingham based warehouse. All you need to do is place your order for collection and we will contact you once the order is finished. Upon collecting an order you will need some photographic id and a utility bill.
1. Deliveries made to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore Uk islands are not free of charge.
2. Customs clearance charge of £25.00 apply per delivery.
